Procountor's partner accounting firms can use the Accounting firm tools that include the following functions enabling more efficient processes: Advanced user management, Environment control, Tax administration mass sending, Info to the customer and File vault.
Accounting firm tools can be found from accounting firm's own Procountor environment by selecting Accounting > Accounting tools.

Accounting firms in the Procountor’s partner program can use the Accounting firm tools that include several functions enabling more efficient processes, for example, by managing several environments and users at the same time.

Functions of the Accounting firm tools
Advanced user management
The challenge of user management in accounting firms is the management of individual user IDs in multiple customer environments.
The Advanced user management allows editing user rights of several user IDs at the same time.
The Employee role, however, cannot be edited in any situation.
To access the Advanced user management, the user must have at least the following user rights:

Rights to the environments in the list regarding Company user management (view/all)

Environment control
The Environment control section allows accounting firms to view all customer environments at the same time on the same view.
The function shows all environments that the user has the rights to.

Tax administration mass sending
Tax administration mass sending function enables sending multiple notifications from different environments to Tax administration at once.
The function can be used for sending the following notifications:
The notifications that are wanted to be sent can be searched on the Tax administration mass sending view. After searching the notifications, the notifications to be sent can be selected on the Search results part of the view. After selecting the notifications, they can be sent by clicking on the Send button.
Info to the customer
The Info to the customer function enables accounting firms to create notifications that are visible to all their customers.
Notifications submitted through this function are shown in the same Announcements widget as the general and the customer’s own notifications.
In order to be able to send notifications, you need all rights to the Basic company info (Management > Users and user rights).
File vault
The File vault contains a list of useful files that Procountor provides for the use of the partner accounting firms.
The desired file can be downloaded by clicking on the file’s name.
