Procountor – Holvi Bank Connection

Overview

With the Procountor-Holvi bank connection, you can access Holvi’s services directly through the Procountor software. This service covers all data transfers between Holvi and Procountor for a fixed monthly fee.

The Procountor–Holvi bank connection is available for:

  • Procountor Financials (all packages, starting from Alku/First)

  • Finago Procountor Solo

Pricing

The Procountor-Holvi bank connection is offered at a fixed monthly price of €6 (plus VAT), billed as part of your regular Procountor invoice. After the launch in September 2025, the service will initially be free of charge. The first monthly fees will be invoiced at the beginning of November (for October usage).

Please note: The monthly fee does not include a Holvi bank account or other banking services provided by Holvi. You can find more information about Holvi’s banking services and pricing HERE.

Setting Up the Procountor-Holvi Bank Connection

To use the Procountor–Holvi bank connection, you need both a Holvi account and access to Procountor.

1. Open a Holvi Account

Start by opening a Holvi account HERE. Once your account is set up, you’ll receive your Holvi account number.

Already a Holvi customer?
You can skip to the next step. However, please ensure your agreement with Holvi is updated to include the “Procountor bank connection” for payment and account statement transfers between Procountor and Holvi (see “Finalize setup in Holvi” below).

2. Add the Bank Account to Procountor

Procountor imports account statements based on your bank account number. To ensure your Holvi account statements are delivered to your company’s Procountor environment, add your Holvi account in the Bank Connections view. When you add the Holvi account, you’ll be able to review the service terms and description.

How to add your Holvi account in Procountor:

  1. Go to Management > Company info > Bank connections and click Add.

  2. Enter the following details:

    • Account number: Enter the Holvi account number you received.

    • Bank: Holvi Payment Services Oy

    • Bank address: Kaikukatu 2 C, 00530 Helsinki

    • BIC: HOLVFIHH

    • Currency: EUR

    • We recommend using the account on invoice templates. Tick “Show account on invoice template?”

    • To enable payments, select at least the “Bank transfer” payment method. Tick “Does the account have a bank transfer agreement?”

    • If you pay salaries from this account, select salary payment. Tick “Does the account have a salary payment agreement?”

    • The Business ID and WS customer number fields will be filled in automatically.

    • Real-time balance is not available with the Holvi bank connection.

    • International and instant payments are supported according to Holvi’s terms.

  3. Click Continue and accept the service terms to complete the process.

If you added your Holvi account to Procountor before 16.8.2025:
Please contact customer service to activate the connection from Procountor’s side. In your message, specify the company (business ID) for which the Holvi connection is being added. We will send you the terms and conditions for review and approval before activating the connection.

3. Finalize Setup in Holvi

Once your Procountor settings are ready, finalize the setup in Holvi. The activation and authorization process is fully electronic and guided within Holvi.

  • Click your profile in the top right corner and go to Pricing and billing. Change your pricing to activate the bank connection add-on.

  • Go to Connections in the sidebar.

  • Select Procountor bank connection.

  • Follow the guided setup, select the connection settings, and sign the electronic authorization.

Terminating the Service

You can end the Holvi bank connection at any time without notifying Finago Oy separately. To stop using the Procountor-Holvi bank connection, follow these steps:

  • In Procountor: Remove the Holvi account from the Bank Connections tab in your Procountor environment. The notice period is one month, and the service will be charged if the Holvi account was active during that month. Termination takes effect from the next calendar month.

  • In Holvi:

    1. Log in to the Holvi desktop version.

    2. From the menu, select Connections > Procountor > Disconnect.

    3. Confirm the disconnection in Holvi mobile.

    4. Go to your user profile (top right icon).

    5. Select Pricing and billing > Change pricing > Remove next to the bank connection.

Important:
You must terminate the service in both Holvi and Procountor to ensure billing stops in both systems.
