UPDATE June 12, 11:30 AM: POP Bank has resolved the issue, and the bank statements have been successfully retrieved and processed in Procountor at around 11:00 AM.

There is a disruption on the bank’s side affecting POP Bank statement retrieval to Procountor. As a result, bank statements dated June 11 have not been received.
Other data transfers are functioning normally. We are investigating the issue with the bank and will update as soon as more information is available.

June 5, 2026 Prolonged response times for admin support requests
Response times for support requests related to invoicing, contract changes, and package changes are still exceptionally long, approximately 2–4 weeks.
