27 April: Information on support request response times
We are currently handling a higher-than-usual volume of inquiries, which unfortunately means that response times are longer than normal. The estimated response time for non-urgent support requests is currently approximately 2–4 weeks.

Short outage at Procountor on Tuesday 28.4 from 2:00 to 5:00.
Procountor will experience an outage on Tuesday 28.4 from 2:00 to 5:00. It will not be possible to log in to Procountor or the Procountor mobile application between 2:00 and 5:00. The outage will also affect the API and the services that use it.

Incomes Register service break on April 25th
Incomes Register has a scheduled service break on Saturday, April 25th from 9 AM until 9 PM.
Procountor Incomes Register sending will be closed from April 25th at 8.45 AM until 9.15 PM.
Earnings payment reports sent during the break will be delivered after April 25th at 9.15 PM. Employer's separate report sent during the break will remain in error and must be sent again.
22 April: There are issues with sending text messages in the Allekirjoitus service
There are issues with sending text messages in the Allekirjoitus service. For the time being, email can be used as the notification method, and a signature method other than Text Message should be selected. If the signature request has already been sent, the notification method and signature method can be changed using the Edit recipient function (pencil icon).
21 April: when adding or editing transaction, values in its VAT and Total columns are not updated
When adding a new transaction on the Accounting view or editing an existing transaction’s accounting value or VAT %, the values in the transaction’s VAT and Total columns are not updated automatically. The values in these columns remain unchanged, until another transaction row is activated by clicking the row, or until the user presses Save.

22 April: The Payee Verification functionality is available again.

In connection with the release version 112.0, we introduced the Payee Verification functionality in Procountor for payments to Nordea and OP (Osuuspankki). During the release, we identified issues in its operation that may negatively affect the user experience.
Therefore, we have temporarily disabled the functionality. We are currently working on fixing the identified issues and will inform you separately once the functionality is available again.
