Issue with entering earning periods on salary rows – January 2, 2026

We have identified an error that may cause an error message when entering earning periods on salary rows. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to fix the problem as quickly as possible.

Incomplete accident insurance information causes an error message, July 16th 2025

If user receives an error message and cannot save the edited payslip, you should check that the employee and therefore the payslip do not have an insurance number that is not active as an accident insurance. If a valid accident insurance is entered into the employee's information and the correct accident insurance number is also corrected on the payslip, the payslip can be created successfully.
The error situation will therefore be resolved by updating the information. We apologize for the inconvenience caused!
