June 5, 2026 Prolonged response times for admin support requests
Response times for support requests related to invoicing, contract changes, and package changes are still exceptionally long, approximately 2–4 weeks.
The technical development required for the new system has caused delays for longer than anticipated, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
