We have noticed an error in the Procountor mobile app for iOS users, where PDF receipts cannot be saved. You can take a screenshot of the file to be attached and add it via images, or alternatively add the file directly from your computer to the browser version of Procountor.

In Procountor’s renewed interface, certain quick links, such as Cash and Ledger tracking, are currently not functioning.

However, the quick links are still available in the old interface. If you need these features, you can switch to the old interface and use the links there.

The Signature service is temporarily unavailable, and login is not possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

A new version of Procountor will be released on Saturday, December 13th. Due to the update, Procountor, Solo, and the Procountor mobile app will be temporarily unavailable from 7:00 to 11:00 AM (UTC+3).During this time, you will not be able to log in to any of the services.You can explore the new features included in the update on this page by Saturday at the latest.

On December 2nd, the delay has been resolved and all e-invoices have been imported into the system.

There is a delay in the forwarding of incoming e-invoices. We have initiated corrective actions and aim to process the invoices as soon as possible.

Incomes Register has a scheduled service break from 29 November at 08.00 until 30 November at 16.00. Procountor Incomes Register sending will be closed from 29th at 07.55 until 30th 16:05.

Earnings payment reports sent during the break will be delivered after 30 November at 16:05. Employer's separate report sent during the break will remain in error and must be sent again.

Ilmoitin e-service will be out of service from Friday, November 28th at 5:00 PM to December 2nd, 2025 at 8:00 AM.

During the upgrade of the Ilmoitin, e-service will be temporarily unavailable and notifications can not be sent during this time.

We will enable sending again after the maintenance break is over. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Finland’s strong identification method restored from Nov 17th.

The strong authentication methods of the Signature service are currently unavailable. We are investigating the situation. We have notified customers affected by the disruption directly.

There was a delay in the transfer of payments to the bank today, Nov 12th and payments made after 10 am were transferred to the bank at around 2:30 pm.
