Incomes Register service break on September 29th, 2026
Incomes Register has a scheduled service break on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 6:00 PM until September 30th 2026 12:00 AM. Procountor Incomes Register sending will be closed from September 29th at 5:45 PM until September 30th 12:15 AM.
Earnings payment reports sent during the break will be delivered after September 30th 12:15 AM. Employer's separate report sent during the break will remain in error and must be sent again.

Payment transactions Disruption at OmaSäästöpankki and Säästöpankki Bank on September 21, 2026 / Updated
UPDATE 22.9.: We have received confirmation from the bank that the disruption affecting outgoing payments has been resolved. The bank asks corporate customers to review any payments that were sent during the disruption via the WS channel or as file transfers through the Corporate Online Bank. If a payment has been rejected and has not been processed, it will need to be submitted again.

There is currently a payment transactions disruption affecting OmaSäästöpankki and Säästöpankki Bank, which means that payments sent through the WS channel cannot be processed at the moment.
The disruption affects payments that were transferred to the bank before 10:30 AM on September 21, 2026. For these payment transactions, we recommend checking the actual payment status in your online banking service or on your bank statement, as some payments may have failed to process successfully.
If the payments have failed, the payment transaction with the status Payment sent to bank should be deleted, and the receipt (purchase invoice etc.) should then be submitted for payment again. Instructions for deleting a payment transaction in Payment sent to bank status can be found via this link.
Payments with the status Payment sent to bank that were submitted after 10:30 AM on September 21, 2026 are still waiting to be transferred to the bank and have not been affected by this issue.
The bank has informed us that they are working to resolve the disruption as quickly as possible.
