Maintenance break on Saturday 16.5. from 7 AM to 11 AM
A new version of Procountor will be released on Saturday, 16th of May. The maintenance break will last from 7 AM to 11 AM (EEST).
Procountor and Procountor mobile app cannot be accessed during this time. The maintenance break will also affect Procountor's integrations and services using the Procountor API.
We apologize for the inconvenience this service break might cause.
May 7th: SMS messages are not being delivered normally / FIXED: May 7th at 4PM
Service levels are returning to normal, and most text messages are now being delivered as expected.

There is currently a disruption in the delivery of SMS messages related to Procountor login. The issue is caused by a problem with an external service provider, which is affecting the sending and delivery of text messages. As a result, for example, login verification codes and password reset codes may not arrive as expected or their delivery may be delayed.

We are actively monitoring the situation, and the service provider is working to resolve the issue. We will update this notice as soon as we receive more information or when the situation is resolved.
Incomes Register service break on May 6th
Incomes Register has a scheduled service break on Wednesday, May 6th from 6 PM until 12 AM. Procountor Incomes Register sending will be closed from May 6th at 5.45 PM until May 7th 12.15 AM.
Earnings payment reports sent during the break will be delivered after May 7th at 12.15 AM. Employer's separate report sent during the break will remain in error and must be sent again.

There are issues with sending text messages in the Allekirjoitus service. For the time being, email can be used as the notification method, and a signature method other than Text Message should be selected. If the signature request has already been sent, the notification method and signature method can be changed using the Edit recipient function (pencil icon).
Disruptions in Bank Payment Traffic on 30 April
Disruptions have been reported today, 30 April, in banks’ payment traffic.
However, all payments sent from Procountor today have been forwarded to the banks on time. If there are any delays or uncertainties regarding payments, we recommend contacting your own bank directly for further information.

In connection with the release version 112.0, we introduced the Payee Verification functionality in Procountor for payments to Nordea and OP (Osuuspankki). During the release, we identified issues in its operation that may negatively affect the user experience.
Therefore, we have temporarily disabled the functionality. We are currently working on fixing the identified issues and will inform you separately once the functionality is available again.

Procountor will experience an outage on Tuesday 28.4 from 2:00 to 5:00. It will not be possible to log in to Procountor or the Procountor mobile application between 2:00 and 5:00. The outage will also affect the API and the services that use it.

When adding a new transaction on the Accounting view or editing an existing transaction’s accounting value or VAT %, the values in the transaction’s VAT and Total columns are not updated automatically. The values in these columns remain unchanged, until another transaction row is activated by clicking the row, or until the user presses Save.
