Procountor will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes starting at 03:00 AM due to scheduled maintenance.

During this period, both the Procountor web application and API services will be unavailable.

Incomes Register service break on August 26th 2026

Incomes Register has a scheduled service break on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM until August 27th 2026 12:00 AM. Procountor Incomes Register sending will be closed from August 26th at 5:45 PM until August 27th 12:15 AM.

Earnings payment reports sent during the break will be delivered after August 27th 12:15 AM. Employer's separate report sent during the break will remain in error and must be sent again.

UPDATE August 12 at 12:45 PM / August 11, 2026 Disruption delivering SMS messages

Based on current information, the issue has been resolved and Procountor text messages are currently being delivered normally. We will continue to monitor the situation.

There is currently a disruption in the delivery of SMS messages related to Procountor login. As a result, for example, login verification codes and password reset codes may not arrive as expected or their delivery may be delayed. Please contact our customer service via <a href="https://procountor.fi/en/support-request/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">the contact form</a> if you need help.
