UPDATE June 11 at 9:30 Last night’s service outage in Procountor lasted longer than expected, and the service was largely unavailable between approximately 03:00 and 06:39.
The outage may have affected logging in to the service and its use during that time.

UPDATE June 9, 3:50 PM / June 9, 2026 POP Bank payments and bank statements
POP Bank has restored the Web Services connection. Today’s payments have been successfully sent from Procountor to the bank, and bank statements and reference payment data are currently being processed and imported.
We will continue to monitor the situation until everything has fully normalized.

The Web Services connection between Procountor and POP Bank is down (since approximately June 8 at 5 PM). Payments are not being transferred to the bank, and bank statement or reference payment data have not been received.
The issue is on the bank’s side, and we are awaiting further information from the bank. We will update the situation as it progresses.

The POP Bank bank statements for Friday, June 5 have not yet been received from the bank in Procountor.
We are currently investigating the situation in cooperation with the bank and aim to have the missing bank statements available in the system as soon as possible.

Incomes Register service break on June 3rd 2026
Incomes Register has a scheduled service break on Wednesday, June 3rd 2026 from 6 PM until 12 AM. Procountor Incomes Register sending will be closed from June 3rd at 5.45 PM until June 4th 12.15 AM.
Earnings payment reports sent during the break will be delivered after June 4th at 12.15 AM. Employer's separate report sent during the break will remain in error and must be sent again.
Ilmoitin e-service will be upgraded on Tue June 2nd 2026 between 7AM and 9AM
A new version of Ilmoitin.fi will be released on Tuesday June 2nd 2026. During the upgrade of the Ilmoitin, e-service will be temporarily unavailable and notifications can not be sent during this time. We will enable sending again after the maintenance break is over.

19 May 2026: Error in the Reconciliation report for open invoices in renewed user interface / FIXED June 1st 2026

An issue has been identified in the Reconciliation report for open invoices in Procountor’s renewed user interface.
In this situation, the search criteria set on the report are not retained. The criteria reset to default values when navigating from the report to another view and then returning to the report.
You can temporarily avoid the issue by switching back to the previous version of Procountor, where the search criteria are retained: Top right menu (Basic info) ? Go back to previous Procountor.
According to the current estimate, a fix for this issue is planned to be released as part of the end of May version update.

18 May: Verification of Payee (VoP) not working for Aktia bank accounts / FIXED May 21st
Update May 21st: The issue has now been resolved, and the Verification of Payee (VoP) functionality is working normally again for Aktia bank payments.

The Verification of Payee (VoP) support feature is currently not working when paying from Aktia bank accounts. Checks are resulting in errors, and the “Verify and pay” function is not working as expected.
We are currently investigating the issue and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Maintenance break on Saturday 16.5. from 7 AM to 11 AM
A new version of Procountor will be released on Saturday, 16th of May. The maintenance break will last from 7 AM to 11 AM (EEST).
Procountor and Procountor mobile app cannot be accessed during this time. The maintenance break will also affect Procountor's integrations and services using the Procountor API.
