A new version of Procountor will be released on Saturday, 18th of April. The maintenance break will last from 7 AM to 11 AM (EEST).
Procountor and Procountor mobile app cannot be accessed during this time. The maintenance break will also affect Procountor's integrations and services using the Procountor API.

Procountor will experience a short outage on Wednesday, April 22th at 3 AM. The outage will also affect the API and the services that use it.
Incomes Register service break on April 18th
Incomes Register has a scheduled service break on Saturday, April 18th from 9 AM until 7 PM. Procountor Incomes Register sending will be closed from April 18th at 8.45 AM until 7.15 PM.
Earnings payment reports sent during the break will be delivered after April 18th at 7.15 PM. Employer's separate report sent during the break will remain in error and must be sent again.
Service break in Procountor on Thursday 16 April from 2 AM to 5 AM
There will be a service outage in Procountor on Thursday, 16 April, from 2 AM to 5 AM. The outage will also affect the API interface and services that use it, such as the mobile application.

Incomes Register service break on April 8th
Incomes Register has a scheduled service break on Wednesday, April 8th from 6 PM until 12AM. Procountor Incomes Register sending will be closed from April 8th at 5.45 PM until April 9th 12.15 AM.
Earnings payment reports sent during the break will be delivered after April 9th at 12.15 AM. Employer's separate report sent during the break will remain in error and must be sent again.
Short outage at Procountor on Friday, March 27th at 3 AM
Procountor will experience a short outage on Friday, March 27th at 3 AM. The outage will also affect the API and the services that use it.
Delay in Processing Reports in the Incomes Register March 20th
There is currently a delay in the processing of data in the Incomes Register. Earnings payment reports may remain in the Confirming status in Procountor for an extended period, or the status may not change to Confirmed even though the report has been successfully delivered to the Incomes Register. The Incomes Register apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the situation.
March 13th 2026: Delay in Processing Reports in the Incomes Register
There is currently a delay in the processing of data in the Incomes Register. Due to this delay, earnings payment reports may remain in the Confirming status in Procountor for an extended period, or the status may not change to Confirmed even though the report has been successfully delivered to the Incomes Register. We are investigating the issue together with the Incomes Register.

Procountor maintenance break on Wed 18 March from 10 PM to 12 AM
We will be performing maintenance work in Procountor on Wednesday, 18 March, between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM. During the maintenance break, it will not be possible to log in to Procountor or the Procountor mobile app.

Earnings payment reports sent during the break will be delivered after March 12th at 12.15 AM. Employer's separate report sent during the break will remain in error and must be sent again.
Procountor Key maintenance Tuesday, March 10th, 2026
The Procountor Key backend systems will be out of service on Tuesday, March 10th from 3 AM. During the maintenance outage, Procountor Key will not be operational and you can only log in to Procountor with a one-time password (use a password list or order a one-time password via text message). For the same reason, payment approvals via Procountor Mobile will not work during the maintenance outage.

Earnings payment reports sent during the break will be delivered after March 8th at 3.15 PM. Employer's separate report sent during the break will remain in error and must be sent again.
