Procountor's online manual support portal

You can send a contact request to Procountor’s customer service directly through the Procountor.fi website.

You can submit a support request as follows:

  1. Go to the Procountor.fi website.

  2. Select Support and resources from the top menu.

  3. Choose Custom service (Finland) > Submit a request.

Select which product would you like to submit a support request for: Finago Procountor or Finago Procountor Solo and fill in the form that opens.

Sending service requests

  1. Start by selecting the topic of your support request. This helps direct your issue to the appropriate specialist.

  2. Then fill in all the fields marked with a red asterisk. When you choose a more specific topic category, you will see related user guide articles. You can open an article directly from the link if you want to review the instructions before submitting your request.

  3. Describe your support request as clearly and accurately as possible. If you are reporting an error message, provide the exact wording. You may also add an attachment if needed.
    Please note that you should not include any sensitive information or personal data that can directly identify a person (such as a name or email address) in the form or attachments. AI solutions operating within the organization’s own environment may be used to process the contact request, but the final assessment and decisions are always made by a human.

  4. When all information is completed, select Submit. Your request will then be forwarded to customer service for processing.
