You can access the Support view through the Menu button in the bottom right corner.

The app’s user interface instructions are categorized by topic. First, select a topic and then the related support article.
Contacting customer service
Through the support articles, you can contact Procountor customer service either by calling via the Call customer service button or by sending a support request via the Send message button (currently unavailable).
When you send a message, customer service will respond to you via the email address saved in your Personal info and settings - view in the Procountor web version. Please note that if your email address is missing from your information, sending a message to customer service will not be possible.
