This guide explains how to handle receipt requests in Finago Procountor mobile.
The other part of the new Receipt matching functionality in Procountor is available in Procountor mobile as receipt requests.
Handling a receipt request
When a user sends a receipt request from Procountor to a mobile user, the mobile user receives a push notification on their phone.
Push notifications must be enabled on the mobile user's phone.
Notifications are also sent when a reminder is sent for a receipt request or when the request is canceled.
Tap the notification to open the mobile app
If it is an individual request, it opens directly to the page where you can add a receipt or reject the request.
If there are multiple requests, the view showing all receipt requests opens.
Tap Add receipt on the Add receipt page to open the normal receipt creation process.
When you tap Reject, you must enter a comment on the page that opens explaining why you are rejecting the receipt request before you can reject it.
Information about adding a receipt or rejecting a request is sent to Procountor immediately (as described in the Procountor article).
If notifications are not enabled on the mobile user's phone, the same functionality is also available as a new task on the mobile app's Home view under My tasks, named Add receipt.
Notifications do not have to be enabled to use the functionality.
When you tap the task on the Home view, the app always takes you to the view where all receipt requests are displayed.
NOTE! For this functionality to be visible in the mobile app, there must be active receipt requests (canceled receipt requests are not displayed).
