What is Procountor mobile?
The Procountor Mobile App is a modern, user-friendly extension of the Procountor financial management solution, designed to save you time and streamline your financial tasks.
With Procountor Mobile, you can manage receipts, create and approve travel, expense and purchase invoices, and send sales invoices, all within the same easy-to-use application.
Download Procountor from the App Store or Google Play and experience the convenience of managing your finances on the go.
Procountor mobile works on iOS and Android mobile devices.
For Procountor Financials customers.
You can customize the application to your needs. Select the functions you need in your daily life. The verification and approval of invoices and the invoice archive are free features.
Information is updated in real time between the Procountor mobile application and the Procountor software.
The application helps in filling in the information and guides in various functions.
Available in Finnish, in Swedish and in English.
Pricing
The application can be downloaded free of charge from app stores.
The free features are the verification and approval of invoices.
Features that are subject to a charge are the creation of travel, expense, purchase and sales invoices, taking photographs of receipts and payment functions. These features can be activated directly in the application.
The price of the environment is EUR 7.99/month/user. The price is added to the company’s Procountor invoice.
Activation of paid Features
The use of paid features must be approved separately within the app.
When you navigate to a paid feature, such as receipts, the app will prompt you to activate paid features.
If you wish to enable paid features, press Activate Paid Features.
If you do not want to enable the features, select No thanks, hide this. This will hide the feature from the app.
However, you can still enable paid features later via the Menu section of the app.
If the activation of paid features is restricted in the company settings, the app will notify you separately. You can read more about allowing or restricting the use of paid features here.
Logging in
Search for "Procountor" in your application store: App Store and Google Play.
Download the application
Log into Procountor mobile using your existing Procountor ID and personal password.
After logging in, you are all set!
Features
Once you have logged into the Procountor app, you can use its functions. The links below will take you directly to the instructions for each function. The app will also guide you when you use a function for the first time.
Please note that your organization may have restricted the use of paid features, in which case the paid features will not be available. If needed, you can contact your Procountor admin or accountant about this.
