Home -view
In the Home view of the Procountor mobile application, you can see notifications and pending tasks such as invoices awaiting approval, and payment.
The Home view scales according to the user’s access rights.
In the Home view, you can find:
Ask-icon in the upper right corner
From the Company Name dropdown menu, you can switch companies without logging out.
You can start directly by photoing a receipt or creating a new travel, expense, purchase, or sales invoice by pressing the respective icon in the Home view.
You can also access Salaries functions directly from the bottom panel.
Tasks
In the Tasks section, you can see invoices awaiting approval, verify, and payment.
Assigned to you - shows the user invoices personally assigned to them that are awaiting verify or approval.
Other tasks - this section displays all pending tasks within the company, such as paying, sending, or approving invoices. Tasks are shown to the user if they have the user right for the task.
By clicking on the section, you will be taken to the invoice list, which is automatically grouped, for example, into invoices awaiting review.
Comments
In the Comments section, you can see the latest comments related to invoices.
By clicking on an individual comment, you are taken directly to the invoice.
The comment is removed from the Home view once it has been opened.
Through the All link, you can browse all comments.
Draft
In the Draft section, you can see incomplete invoices.
By clicking on an invoice, you are taken to the invoice view.
Through the All link, you can see all incomplete invoices.
Reports
You can view the following reports in the mobile app:
Sales revenue
Operating profit (loss)
Profit before appropriations and taxes
Profit (loss) for the financial year
You can view a report by tapping the report you want to open. You can switch between reports by swiping either on the Home view or after the report view has opened.
You can view the graph monthly or quarterly, depending on your selection.
Menu
Menu is located to the left of the heading. Tap the hamburger icon (three lines) to open the following options:
Personal information (own name), where you can see your user information.
Company Information (company/organization name)
Displays company information such as address details and active bank accounts.
You can switch to another company without logging out of the application by using the Switch Company button.
The settings
Language - You can choose the language of the application.
Manage features
Show features - define which functions you wish to display in the application.
Camera -With the Save photos to device library - option, you can save the photos taken with the application to you phone's photo library.
Notifications
Comments- choose whether you want the app to send a push notification to your phone about new comments on invoices.
Invoice verified, approved or paid - choose whether you want a push notification on your phone about invoices related to you that have been verified, approved or paid.
Features
Tap to Pay - You can take the Tap to Pay function in use. With the Tap to Pay feature, you can receive customer payments directly to your phone without a separate payment terminal.
Cards
You can add a payment card to the application.
When you add your card details, the application can automatically select a payment method to the receipt for fast receipt processing.
Help center
You can find the application instructions by subject area. From the help center, you can also make a call to Procountor’s customer service.
Sign out
You can sign out of the mobile.
The VAT rates displayed in the application are derived from the VAT defaults of the Procountor software.
For international transactions, the conversion rate used in the application is derived from the currency rate view of the Procountor software Management > Company info > Browse currency rates.
The invoice approval circulation follows the settings defined in the Approval circulation management view in Procountor (Management > Company info > Approval circulation management).
The Approval circulation management view also defines whether invoice-specific discussions are allowed on invoices.
